Good book, not sure I learned much but it was like a fireside chat from a high level dev who has dealt with big tech. I think I have already gotten a lot of this from my own work and various blogs and content from FAANG folks.
Some good tips on project leadership and getting buy in from stakeholders which is something I don’t have to deal with really. Every project I’ve worked on has already been blessed and decided on by leadership, it is not really being sold from the bottom up.
I would probably hand this book to someone on their first job or so, to give them orientation on how to navigate tech organizations and a rough roadmap for what to focus on
